Ingredients

| 2 lbs | ground top sirloin steak |
| ½ cup | chopped portobello mushrooms |
| 2 Tbsp | Better Than Bouillon® Roasted Beef Base |
| 2 Tbsp | red wine |
| 2 tsp | chopped thyme |
| 1 tsp | minced garlic |
| ½ tsp | coarse black pepper |
Directions
Preheat grill to 400°F.
In a bowl, combine all ingredients and make ½-inch thick patties.
Grill for 10-15 minutes or until cooked to your desired temperature.
