Garlicky Fettuccine Alfredo

|½ cup||butter, cubed|
|½ cup||35% whipping cream|
|2 tbsp||Better Than Bouillon® Roasted Garlic Base|
|½ cup||grated Parmesan cheese (approx.)|
|¼ cup||finely chopped parsley|
In large pot of boiling, salted water, cook fettuccine until tender but firm; drain well, reserving 1/2 cup cooking liquid.
Return fettuccine to pot set over medium-high heat; add butter, cream and Garlic Base, tossing until coated. Add Parmesan and pepper; toss to combine. Add reserved cooking liquid, a splash at a time, until desired consistency is achieved. Sprinkle with parsley and extra Parmesan. Remove from heat; serve immediately.
Tip: For added protein, add chopped cooked chicken, shrimp or bay scallops along with the cream. Or add cooked vegetables, such as broccoli, peas, asparagus or spinach, along with butter and cream.
