Ingredients

| 2 lbs | coarse ground beef |
| 1 onion | diced |
| 1 Tbsp | chopped garlic |
| 3 Tbsp | Better Than Bouillon® Roasted Beef Base |
| 1 can | (6-ounce) tomato paste |
| 1 can | (8-ounce) tomato sauce |
| 2 cans | (14.5-ounce) diced tomatoes |
| 1½ tsp | chipotle powder |
| 1 Tbsp | cumin |
| 2 tsp | ground coriander |
| 1 tsp | coarse black pepper |
| 1 tsp | The Original Louisiana Brand Hot Sauce ™ |
| 3 Tbsp | chopped cilantro |
Directions
In a large saucepan over high heat, cook beef until brown.
Add onion and garlic. Let cook for 5 minutes.
Add Roasted Beef Base, tomato paste, tomato sauce and diced tomatoes. Stir until base completely dissolves.
Add chipotle powder, cumin, coriander, black pepper and Hot Sauce. Bring to a boil and let simmer for 5 minutes.
On low heat, add cilantro and let simmer for 20-30 minutes.
