Quick and easy to assemble, these chicken and pepperoni pizzas make a delicious meal, snack or appetizer.

⅔ cup | pizza sauce |
2 tbsp | Better Than Bouillon® Roasted Garlic Base |
1 | baguette, halved lengthwise and cut into 6 pieces |
2 cups | shredded mozzarella cheese |
1 cup | shredded rotisserie chicken |
1½ oz | pepperoni |
¼ cup | thinly sliced red onion |
Directions
Preheat oven to 425°F. Stir together pizza sauce and Roasted Garlic Base; spread evenly over baguette pieces.
Arrange baguette pieces on parchment paper–lined baking sheet. Top with mozzarella, chicken, pepperoni and onion.
Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbling.
Tips: Serve with a tossed green salad for an easy dinner, or slice into 2- inch pieces for a quick and tasty snack or party appetizer. Alternatively, instead of chicken and pepperoni, top with your favorite pizza toppings.
