Baked Lemon Garlic Potato Wedges

|¼ cup||olive oil|
|2 Tbsp||Better Than Bouillon® Roasted Garlic Base|
|1 tsp||finely grated lemon zest|
|2 Tbsp||lemon juice|
|2 tsp||dried oregano|
|4||Russet potatoes, scrubbed and cut into wedges|
|2 Tbsp||dill fronds|
Preheat oven to 425F. Whisk together oil, Garlic Base, lemon zest, lemon juice, oregano and paprika; toss with potato wedges. Arrange on large parchment paper–lined baking sheet.
Bake, tossing once, for 30 to 35 minutes or until browned and tender. Sprinkle with dill before serving.
Tip: Serve potato wedges as a side with grilled or roasted meats, or as an appetizer with sour cream or tzatziki sauce for dipping.
