Bell Pepper Kabobs

This is a wonderful Kabob for grilling with fresh vegetables

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 Tbsp Better Than Bouillon® Seasoned Vegetable Base
¼ cup olive oil
2 Tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tsp red pepper flakes
6 (6-inch wooden skewers soaked in water)
1 red bell pepper, cut into 2-inch pieces
1 orange bell pepper, cut into 2-inch pieces
1 yellow bell pepper, cut into 2-inch pieces
1 green bell pepper, cut into 2-inch pieces
1 large onion, cut into 1-inch wedges
1 pkg cherry tomatoes

Directions

    Preheat grill to 400°F. Place wooden skewers in water so they can soak.

    In a medium bowl, combine Seasoned Vegetable Base, olive oil, red wine vinegar, and red pepper flakes.

    Add cut vegetables to the bowl and toss to coat.

    Thread the vegetables onto the skewers alternating bell peppers, onions, and tomatoes.

    Place the skewers directly onto the grill and grill for 1-2 minutes per side.

    Carefully remove the skewers from the grill and serve immediately.
