With a hint of French flavors, this savory cauliflower makes a wonderful side dish with chicken, fish or beef.

2 Tbsp | canola oil |
6 cups | small cauliflower florets |
½ cup | unsalted butter |
¼ cup | capers |
3 Tbsp | lemon juice |
2 Tbsp | Better Than Bouillon® Roasted Beef Base |
2 Tbsp | finely chopped fresh parsley |
Directions
Heat canola oil in large skillet set over medium-high heat; sauté cauliflower for about 10 minutes or until golden brown and tender. Transfer to serving plate.
Melt butter in same skillet set over medium-high heat, swirling pan for 1 to 2 minutes or until butter stops frothing and turns light brown color.
Stir in capers, lemon juice, Roasted Beef Base and parsley; bring to boil. Pour over cauliflower.
Brown butter sauce is also delicious drizzled over roasted or steamed cauliflower.
