Creamy and cheesy, this decadent casserole is pure comfort food that’s simply irresistible.

| 1 pkg (1lb) | gnocchi |
| ¼ cup | butter |
| 1 cup | diced ham |
| 1 | large onion, sliced |
| 2 cloves | garlic, minced |
| 1 Tbsp | finely chopped fresh thyme |
| 1½ cups | 35% heavy cream |
| 2 Tbsp | Better Than Bouillon® Roasted Chicken Base |
| 1 cup | frozen peas |
| 2 Tbsp | grainy musterd |
| 2 cups | shredded Gruyère cheese |
Directions
Cook gnocchi according to package directions; drain well. Meanwhile, melt butter in large ovenproof skillet set over medium heat; cook ham, onion, garlic and thyme for 5 to 8 minutes or until onion is golden and tender.
Stir in cream and Roasted Chicken Base; cook for 3 to 5 minutes or until thickened. Add gnocchi, peas and mustard; cook for 2 to 3 minutes or until peas are heated through.
Sprinkle with cheese. Broil for 2 to 3 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
Tip: Substitute 1 tsp dried thyme for 1 tbsp finely chopped fresh thyme.
