These crescent pastry roll-ups have all the flavors of a Monte Cristo sandwich, amped up with smoky chipotle for a fiery kick.

½ cup | brick-style plain cream cheese, softened |
2 tbsp | Better Than Bouillon® Smoky Chipotle Base |
¼ cup | raspberry jam |
4 tsp | honey mustard |
1 | pkg (8 oz) rolled refrigerator crescent dough |
8 slices | ham |
8 slices | turkey |
8 slices | Swiss cheese |
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°F.
In small bowl, using electric mixer, beat together cream cheese, Culinary Collection Smoky Chipotle, jam and mustard until blended.
Separate dough into 8 triangles. Spread chipotle cream cheese mixture over each triangle. Top with ham, turkey and Swiss cheese slices. Starting from base, roll up dough and arrange 2 inches apart on parchment paper–lined baking sheet.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until pastry is golden brown. Let cool slightly before serving.
Tip: Substitute Swiss cheese with Gruyère cheese or with mild or sharp (old) Cheddar if preferred.
