| 2 Tbsp | olive oil |
| ½ | red onion, thin strips |
| 2 cups | broccoli |
| 1 | yellow squash, cut in half, sliced |
| 1 | zucchini, cut in half, sliced |
| ½ tsp | minced garlic |
| 2 tsp | Better Than Bouillon® Seasoned Vegetable Base |
Directions
Add oil to a large pan over medium-high heat, sauté the onions and broccoli for 2 minutes. Add squash and zucchini, sauté for 1 minute.
Add the garlic and Seasoned Vegetable Base, sauté for 30 seconds.
Remove from heat and serve immediately.
