Gingered Beef with Sweet Peppers

12 oz | beef strip, sliced & sauteed |
1 Tbsp | olive oil |
½ tsp | garlic, fresh |
1 tsp | ginger, fresh, chopped |
1 cup | red pepper, sliced into strips |
½ cup | onion, sliced |
¾ Tbsp | Better Than Bouillon® Roasted Beef Base |
1 Tbsp | soy or tamari sauce |
½ cup | brown sugar |
Crushed red pepper flakes to taste (optional) | |
Cooked rice |
In a hot pan, sauté beef strips in olive oil.
Add garlic, fresh chopped ginger, pepper strips, sliced onions, Roasted Beef Base, soy sauce, brown sugar and crushed red pepper flakes.
Cook for 5–8 minutes. Serve over your favorite cooked rice.
