Ingredients

3 chicken breasts, cut into bite size pieces
2 cups broccoli, cut into bite size pieces
1 red bell pepper, cut into thin 1” strips
1 medium red onion, cut into thin 1” strips
1 yellow bell pepper, cut into thin 1” strips
1 Tbsp soy sauce
¼ cup brown sugar
½ Tbsp Better Than Bouillon® Roasted Chicken Base
½ tsp fresh ginger, finely chopped
¼ cup water

Directions

    Place diced chicken and all vegetables in a large bowl. In a smaller bowl combine the rest of the ingredients into a sauce. Pour the sauce over the chicken and vegetables and mix until evenly coated.

    Pour chicken and vegetables into an aluminum-grilling pan and place onto grill.

    Cook approximately 12 - 15 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked and vegetables are soft.

Serve with rice or Asian noodles.
