| 2 Tbsp | olive oil |
| 2 Tbsp | Better Than Bouillon® Roasted Chicken Base |
| 2 | cloves garlic, minced |
| 1 tsp | dried oregano |
| a pinch | hot pepper flakes |
| 1 lb | large shrimp, peeled with tails intact |
| 1 tsp | finely grated lemon zest |
| 1 Tbsp | lemon juice |
| ⅓ cup | crumbled feta cheese |
| 2 Tbsp | finely chopped fresh parsley |
| 4 | pita breads, cut into triangles and warmed |
Directions
Heat oil in large skillet set over medium heat. Add Chicken Base, garlic, oregano and hot pepper flakes; cook, stirring, for about 1 minute or until fragrant.
Add shrimp; toss to coat. Cook, stirring frequently, for 3 to 5 minutes or until opaque. Stir in lemon zest and lemon juice. Remove from heat. Sprinkle with feta and parsley. Serve with pitas.
Tip: Toss with cooked spaghetti or sautéed zucchini noodles for a quick and flavorful entrée.
