Italian Herb Rapini

|1||bunch rapini (woody ends trimmed and discarded), cut into 2-inch pieces)|

|2 Tbsp||Better Than Bouillon® Italian Herb Base|
|¼ cup||grated Parmesan cheese|
In large skillet set over medium heat, add oil. Add garlic and cook, stirring frequently, for 1 to 2 minutes or until starting to soften. Add rapini, salt and pepper. Cook, stirring often, for 3 to 5 minutes or until starting to soften. Stir in Culinary Collection Italian Herb and 3 tbsp water.
Cover and cook, stirring occasionally, for 3 to 5 minutes or until rapini is tender and most of the liquid has been evaporated.
Sprinkle with cheese before serving.
Tips: Add freshly grated lemon zest and hot pepper flakes for extra punches of flavor. Substitute rapini with broccoli florets or broccolini if desired.
