| 2 tsp | Better Than Bouillon® Chili Base |
| 2 tsp | ground cumin |

| 2 | honey whole wheat pita pocket breads, halved |
| 1 cup | pre-washed baby spinach leaves |
| 2 | medium tomatoes, sliced |
| 1 | cucumber, peeled and sliced |

Directions
Prepare a gas or charcoal grill grate by cleaning and oiling; preheat.
Gently combine lamb, garlic, Chili Base, cumin, salt and pepper in a medium bowl. Shape into 4 oval patties, about ½-inch thick.
Grill burgers, covered, over medium heat until done, turning once, about 8-10 minutes.
Serve burgers in pita bread halves with Cilantro-Mint Aioli and desired vegetable toppings.
Serve with fruit kabobs by alternating strawberries, grapes and pineapple pieces onto wooden skewers, for a tasty, healthy side.
