Latin Fried Garlic and Cilantro Skirt Steak

Skirt steak is a wonderful cut of beef that is great on the grill with the Garlic and Cilantro marinade adds!

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
½ cup olive oil
1½ Tbsp garlic, minced or 6-8 garlic cloves
½ tsp red chili peppers, crushed
¾ Tbsp Better Than Bouillon® Roasted Beef Base
¼ tsp cilantro, fresh, chopped
¼ cup red wine vinegar
2½ lbs skirt steak
8 lime wedges

Directions

    In a sauté pan heat olive oil

    Add garlic and fry until lightly golden.

  • 3

    Add crushed red chilies, Beef Base and cilantro and remove from heat.

    Add red wine vinegar and allow to cool.

  • 5

    Once marinade is cool pour over skirt steak and allow to marinate for 2-4 hours.

    Cook marinated skirt steak on a hot grill until desired temperature.

    To serve, sprinkle with freshly squeezed lime juice.
