Loaded with meatballs, salami and bacon, this tasty pizza is definitely every meat lover’s dream. Make it easy by picking up store-bought pizza dough.

1 lb pizza dough
2 Tbsp Better Than Bouillon® Roasted Beef Base
2 Tbsp tomato paste
1 Tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
½ tsp dried oregano
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 oz sliced Italian salami
8 cooked leftover or frozen meatballs
⅓ cup crumbled cooked bacon
½ cup thinly sliced jarred red peppers, drained well
4 thinly sliced onion rounds, rings separated
¼ cup thinly sliced basil, divided

Directions

    Preheat oven to 450˚F. Roll out dough into 12-inch round, about 1/4-inch thick. Place on lightly floured 12-inch pizza pan.

    Stir together Roasted Beef Base, tomato paste, olive oil, garlic and oregano; spread over pizza shell, leaving 1/2-inch border all around. Sprinkle with mozzarella. Top with salami, meatballs, bacon, red peppers and onions. Scatter half of the basil over top.

    Bake for 18 to 20 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese is bubbling. Scatter remaining basil over top.

Sprinkle with arugula before serving if desired. For a spicy addition, sprinkle with red pepper flakes before serving.
