This healthy and tasty veggie appetizer gets authentic Mexican flavor from fresh lime zest and chili powder.

| 12 cups | small cauliflower florets |
| ¼ cup | olive oil |
| 2 tbsp | Better Than Bouillon® Organic Seasoned Vegetable Base |
| 4 tsp | chili powder |
| 4 tsp | lime zest |
| 1 cup | sour cream, for serving |
| 1 cup | guacamole, for serving |
Directions
Preheat oven to 425˚F. Toss together cauliflower florets, olive oil, Seasoned Vegetable Base and chili powder.
Arrange on 2 parchment paper–lined baking sheets. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until cauliflower is golden and tender. Sprinkle with lime zest. Serve with sour cream and guacamole.
Tips: Alternatively, serve with salsa. For a spicy variation, use chipotle chili powder.
