¼ | olive oil, divided |
2 tsp | lemon zest |
⅓ cup | lemon juice, divided |
2 tbsp | Better Than Bouillon® Roasted Garlic Base |
1 tsp | dried oregano |
6 | pita breads, warmed |
1 cup | store-bought tzatziki sauce |
Directions
Preheat broiler. Toss together pork, 2 tbsp oil, lemon zest, 2 tbsp lemon juice, Roasted Garlic Base and oregano until well coated. Arrange in single layer on baking sheet.
Broil for 5 to 7 minutes or until golden brown and pork is just cooked through. Drizzle with remaining oil and lemon juice.
Serve with warm pita bread and tzatziki sauce.
Serve with Greek-style salad or serve in pita bread with tzatziki sauce, chopped cucumbers, tomato, red onion, olives and crumbled feta cheese.
