Made with pork tenderloin, this variation on a Greek classic requires no marinating time and is broiled for super-quick cooking.

Ingredients

2 pork tenderloins, cut into 1-inch cubes
¼ olive oil, divided
2 tsp lemon zest
⅓ cup lemon juice, divided
2 tbsp Better Than Bouillon® Roasted Garlic Base
1 tsp dried oregano
6 pita breads, warmed
1 cup store-bought tzatziki sauce

Directions

    Preheat broiler. Toss together pork, 2 tbsp oil, lemon zest, 2 tbsp lemon juice, Roasted Garlic Base and oregano until well coated. Arrange in single layer on baking sheet.

    Broil for 5 to 7 minutes or until golden brown and pork is just cooked through. Drizzle with remaining oil and lemon juice.

    Serve with warm pita bread and tzatziki sauce.

Serve with Greek-style salad or serve in pita bread with tzatziki sauce, chopped cucumbers, tomato, red onion, olives and crumbled feta cheese.
