Prosciutto-Wrapped Green Bundles

Easy, elegant and flavorful, these green bean bundles are a tasty side dish that you will make over and over again. Serve with grilled steak, roasted chicken or baked fish.

8 oz green beans, trimmed
8 slices prosciutto
2 tbsp Better Than Bouillon® Organic Roasted Chicken Base
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp honey

    Preheat oven to 425°F. Divide green beans into 8 portions. Wrap slice of prosciutto around each portion. Arrange bundles in single layer, about 2 inches apart on parchment paper–lined baking sheet.

    Whisk together chicken base, olive oil, balsamic vinegar and honey; brush over bundles. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until prosciutto is crispy and green beans are tender.

Tip: Serve with a sprinkle of crumbled feta, goat cheese or blue cheese if desired.
