| 2 tsp | Better Than Bouillon® Ham Base |
| 1½ Tbsp | olive oil |
| 1 Tbsp | butter |
| ⅛ tsp | ground nutmeg |
| ¼ tsp | black pepper |
| 1 pkg | (16-ounce) frozen peas |

In a large nonstick skillet, add Ham Base, oil, butter, nutmeg and pepper; heat over medium-high heat, until butter melts.

Add peas and cook until done, about 4-5 minutes, stirring gently to coat.
Serve as a side with homemade pot roast and mashed potatoes.
