Ingredients

Yogurt Cream Sauce

Quantity Ingredient
⅓ cup plain Greek-style yogurt
3 Tbsp mayonnaise
1 Tbsp chopped fresh dill

Patties

Quantity Ingredient
1 egg
1 tsp Better Than Bouillon® Lobster Base
¼ cup milk
1 can (14.75-ounce) salmon, drained, skin and bones removed
¼ cup chopped green onions
⅓ cup dry bread crumbs
¼ tsp ground white pepper
1 Tbsp canola oil for pan frying

    In a small bowl, combine yogurt, mayonnaise and dill. Cover and refrigerate.

Directions for Patties

    In a medium bowl, beat egg with whisk. Add Lobster Base and milk; whisk until base dissolves. Stir in remaining ingredients, except oil.

    Shape mixture into 6 small round patties.

    In large non-stick skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Cook patties in oil about 3-4 minutes per side, until golden brown. Serve with Yogurt-Dill Sauce.

Serve with fresh baby greens or a fresh fruit salad.
