| ¼ cup | water |
| ½ Tbsp | Better Than Bouillon® Roasted Chicken Base |
| ¼ tsp | fresh garlic |
| ½ tsp | coriander, ground |
| ¼ tsp | black pepper, ground |
| ¼ tsp | cumin, ground |
| ¼ cup | corn oil |
| 4 | chicken breasts |

| 1 cup | sweetened coconut milk |
| ½ cup | peanut butter |
| 2 Tbsp | Better Than Bouillon® Roasted Chicken Base |
| ¼ cup | sugar |
Directions
In a bowl, mix water, Chicken Base, garlic, coriander, black pepper, cumin and corn oil.
Place chicken in bowl and coat to marinate for 15 – 20 minutes up to overnight.
Once marinated, place chicken on hot (400°F) grill and cook for 15 minutes or until done.
Mix all ingredients for glaze together in a small saucepan.
Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes.
