Ingredients

Thai Chicken

Quantity Ingredient
¼ cup water
½ Tbsp Better Than Bouillon® Roasted Chicken Base
¼ tsp fresh garlic
½ tsp coriander, ground
¼ tsp black pepper, ground
¼ tsp cumin, ground
¼ cup corn oil
4 chicken breasts

Coconut Peanut Glaze

Quantity Ingredient
1 cup sweetened coconut milk
½ cup peanut butter
2 Tbsp Better Than Bouillon® Roasted Chicken Base
¼ cup sugar

Directions

    In a bowl, mix water, Chicken Base, garlic, coriander, black pepper, cumin and corn oil.

    Place chicken in bowl and coat to marinate for 15 – 20 minutes up to overnight.

    Once marinated, place chicken on hot (400°F) grill and cook for 15 minutes or until done.

    Mix all ingredients for glaze together in a small saucepan.

    Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes.
