This baked take on a Mexican favorite with family-friendly flavors is sure to be a winner for dinner.

| 2 Tbsp | Better Than Bouillon® Roasted Beef Base |
| 2 Tbsp | olive oil |
| 2 Tbsp | lime juice |
| 1 Tbsp | fajita seasoning |
| 1 lb | sirloin steak, sliced |
| 1 | red onion, thinly sliced |
| 1 | red pepper, thinly sliced |
| 1 | yellow pepper, thinly sliced |
| 8 | corn tortillas, warmed |
| ½ cup | prepared guacamole |
| 2 Tbsp | finely chopped fresh cilantro |
Directions
Preheat oven to 425˚F. Stir together Roasted Beef Base, oil, lime juice and fajita seasoning.
Arrange steak, onion and pepper slices on parchment paper–lined baking sheet. Drizzle with Roasted Beef Base mixture. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until peppers are tender-crisp and steak is cooked to desired doneness.
Serve steak mixture in tortillas with guacamole and cilantro.
Tip: Alternatively, serve steak fajitas with salsa, sour cream, shredded cheese and/or shredded lettuce.
