With all the yummy flavors of buffalo chicken wings in a healthy and tasty slow cooker casserole, this dish will wow your taste buds.

1 cup | tomato sauce |
¾ cup | barbecue sauce |
¼ cup | butter, melted |
2 Tbsp | Better Than Bouillon® Seasoned Vegetable Base |
2 Tbsp | The Original “Louisiana” Brand Hot Sauce™ |
2 cloves | garlic, minced |
1¼ cups | quinoa |
6 cups | small cauliflower florets |
2 stalks | celery, chopped |
1 | onion, chopped |
1 | carrot, chopped |
⅓ cup | prepared blue cheese dressing |
4 | green onions, thinly sliced |
Stir together 1 cup water, tomato sauce, barbecue sauce, butter, vegetable base, hot sauce and garlic in slow cooker. Stir in quinoa until coated. Stir in cauliflower, celery, onion and carrot.
Cover and cook on High for about 2 hours or until quinoa is tender and fluffy. To serve, drizzle with blue cheese dressing and sprinkle with green onions.
Tip: Substitute ranch dressing for blue cheese dressing if desired.
