| 1 package (32oz) | frozen tater tots |
| 2 cups | shredded Cheddar cheese |
| 2 tbsp | Better Than Bouillon® Sofrito Base |
| ½ cup | sour cream |
| 2 tbsp | freshly squeezed lime juice |
Prepare tater tots according to package directions. Transfer to foil-lined baking sheet.
Meanwhile, preheat broiler.
In medium bowl, stir together Cheddar and Culinary Collection Sofrito Base until well combined. Sprinkle over tater tots.
Broil for 1 to 2 minutes or until cheese has melted and is bubbling.
In small bowl, stir together sour cream and lime juice; drizzle over tots.
