Ingredients

2½ lbs chicken breast, cut into bite size pieces
2½ cups diced tomatoes
½ tsp fresh garlic, chopped
¾ tsp ground cumin
¾ tsp black pepper, ground
¾ Tbsp Better Than Bouillon® Roasted Chicken Base
1½ tsp chopped cilantro
¾ cup shredded cheddar cheese

    Preheat grill to 400 °F.

    Mix chicken breast, tomatoes, fresh garlic, cumin, black pepper, Chicken Base, and cilantro in a bowl and put in an aluminum-grilling pan.

    Place pan directly on grill. Grill for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle cheese over chicken and continue to grill for 1 – 2 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Serve with tortillas.
