2½ lbs | chicken breast, cut into bite size pieces |
2½ cups | diced tomatoes |
½ tsp | fresh garlic, chopped |
¾ tsp | ground cumin |
¾ tsp | black pepper, ground |
¾ Tbsp | Better Than Bouillon® Roasted Chicken Base |
1½ tsp | chopped cilantro |
¾ cup | shredded cheddar cheese |
Directions
Preheat grill to 400 °F.
Mix chicken breast, tomatoes, fresh garlic, cumin, black pepper, Chicken Base, and cilantro in a bowl and put in an aluminum-grilling pan.
Place pan directly on grill. Grill for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle cheese over chicken and continue to grill for 1 – 2 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Serve with tortillas.
