Try this dish with Better Than BouillonĀ® Vegetarian No Chicken Base, Reduced Sodium or Organic Roasted Chicken Base. Delicious served with Chicken Paprikash.

2¼ cup all-purpose flour
2 large eggs, beaten
1 cup milk
1 Tbsp Better Than Bouillon® Roasted Chicken Base
4 Tbsp melted butter
2 Tbsp finely chopped parsley

Directions

    Bring a large stockpot of water to a boil.

    Add the flour, eggs, milk, and Roasted Chicken Base to a bowl. Stir until a dough forms.

    Add the dough in batches to a food mill. Mill the dough over the boiling water and cook for 3-4 minutes or until the spatzle floats. Remove the cooked spatzle to a colander and continue cooking the remaining dough.

    Toss the spatzle with the melted butter, parsley and serve immediately.
