YOUR house becomes the steakhouse when you make this classic side for our Gaucho Style Crispy Sirloin.

Ingredients

6 | (approximately 2 pounds) small golden potatoes, diced large |
1 cup | yellow onion, cut into thin 1-inch strips |
2 Tbsp | olive oil |
1 stick | melted butter |
1 Tbsp | Better Than Bouillon® Seasoned Vegetable Base |
1½ tsp | garlic, granulated |
½ tsp | paprika |
Directions
Preheat grill to 400°F.
In a large bowl mix all ingredients until potatoes are coated evenly.
Pour mixture in an aluminum grilling pan and place directly on grill.
Cook potatoes for 15 - 20 minutes or until fork-tender.
Serve as a side dish with Gaucho Style Crispy Sirloin.
