| 8 slices | day-old bread, about 1/2-inch thick |
| 8 slices | Swiss cheese |
| 8 slices | roast turkey |
| ½ cup | stuffing |
| 2 Tbsp | Dijon mustard |
| 3 | eggs, beaten |
| 1 cup | milk |
| 2 Tbsp | Better Than Bouillon® Turkey Base |
| 3 Tbsp | butter |
| ½ cup | cranberry sauce |

Top four slices of bread with 1 cheese slice, turkey and stuffing; add another slice of cheese. Spread remaining bread with mustard; place on top.

In shallow baking dish, whisk together eggs, milk and Roasted Turkey Base. Melt half of the butter in large skillet set over medium heat; in batches, dip each sandwich into egg mixture, coating completely. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes per side or until golden brown, adding butter as needed.

Cut sandwiches in half. Serve with cranberry sauce.
For an over-the-top sandwich, serve with a fried egg on top.
