| 2 tbsp | Better Than Bouillon® Sautéed Onion Base |
| 2 tbsp | rice wine vinegar |
| 4 tsp | soy sauce |
| 4 tsp | honey |
| 1 tbsp | sesame oil |
| 1 tbsp | brown sugar |
| 1 tsp | grated fresh ginger |
| 3 tbsp | canola oil, divided |
| 1 lb | sirloin steak, thinly sliced |
| 1 tsp | pepper |
| ½ lb | green beans, trimmed |
| 1 | onion, thinly sliced |
| 1 tbsp | sesame seeds, toasted |
Directions
Whisk together Sautéed Onion Base, vinegar, 2 tbsp water, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, brown sugar and ginger; set aside.
Heat 2 tbsp canola oil in wok or large sauté pan set over high heat; cook steak and pepper, stirring, for 3 to 5 minutes or until starting to brown. Remove from pan; set aside.
Heat remaining oil in same skillet set over high heat; cook green beans and onion, stirring, for 3 to 5 minutes or until slightly softened.
Return steak to pan. Stir in sauce; bring to boil. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes or until sauce is thickened. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
Serve over rice or noodles.
